Job Description:
A company is looking for a Test and Evaluation Engineer to
develop and implement test and evaluation techniques for AI
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable Test and Evaluation plans for AI systems,
including process and tools
Collaborate with data scientists to create test procedures and
identify test data
Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and analyze processes
for improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related
field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's with 6+ years, or
a PhD with 4+ years
Strong Python programming fundamentals
Experience with system level test processes and automation
Familiarity with SecDevOps tooling and MLOps pipeline
development
Experience with AI model assurance evaluation and interpretability
tools
