Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Global HRIS and Americas
Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to payroll and HRIS teams,
ensuring compliance with processes and laws
Create and execute an annual strategy for HRIS and Payroll systems
to maximize value for the organization
Standardize HRIS policies and processes globally, maintaining
accurate employee data for analysis and compliance
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent
required
10+ years of experience in Global HRIS, with at least 3 years in a
strategic leadership role
Expertise in Canadian and United States Payroll Compliance and
Payroll Tax
5+ years of experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll
3+ years of experience in data analytics using predictive modeling
and reporting
