Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts and Legal Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract renewals and amendments, optimizing processes to
maintain customer relationships
Negotiate and redline SaaS contracts, acting as a liaison for
contract life cycle management
Implement streamlined contract processes and create visibility into
contract status and legal risks
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating
complex SaaS agreements
Experience creating and implementing efficient legal operations
processes
Proficiency in modern data privacy laws and frameworks is a
plus
Background in working with international counterparties is a
plus
A 4-year college degree in a related field is required
