Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor
(Remote) to oversee a team of nurse practitioners while maintaining
a clinical caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of nurse practitioners in clinical and
administrative tasks
Provide direct clinical care while managing team performance and
quality assurance
Participate in strategic planning and department-wide
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Current and valid nurse practitioner license (PMHNP) with
significant experience in psychiatry or mental health services
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a PMHNP, with
supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and mental health treatment
Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
