  ****This Critical Care Float position is $43/hour and you must have at least two (2) years critical care experience****Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic -Float Pool -RN -to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.What will you will do in this role: -Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality -Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis -Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvementJob Requirements: -Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required -2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting -Current BLS required -Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire -BSN is preferredHCA Florida Capital Hospital is your one-stop solution for all your healthcare needs.
