Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to
support HR initiatives and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume
screenings, and onboarding
Provide guidance on HR policies and benefits, addressing employee
inquiries and concerns
Maintain employee records and support compliance efforts with HR
practices and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in an HR role
Understanding of HR principles and employment laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS
systems preferred
HR certification (e.g., aPHR, PHR) is a plus; interest in pursuing
certification encouraged
