Are you a seasoned business development professional with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for forging strategic partnerships? Do you thrive on closing deals and making a tangible impact on company growth? If so, Autoscribe is looking for you! As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key player in expanding our market reach and driving revenue by identifying and securing high-value partnerships that align with our suite of products and services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Pursue New Business Opportunities: Actively seek and engage with new prospects within target markets to generate business opportunities.
  • "Hunter" Mentality: Utilize your experience and drive to consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline of new partnership deals.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers in partner organizations to foster long-term business growth.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations, draft agreements, and secure partnerships that align with Autoscribe's business goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product development, and customer success) to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Track & Report Performance: Regularly track and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Represent Autoscribe: Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to enhance Autoscribe's brand presence and forge new relationships.What We're Looking For:
    • Negotiation & Influence: Proven ability to negotiate win-win solutions, influence key stakeholders, and manage complex deals to a successful close.
    • Self-starter & Goal-oriented: An independent, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Customer-focused Mindset: Ability to establish strong relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Strategic Thinking: Adept at identifying growth opportunities and aligning strategies to capture them.
    • Effective Communicator: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Required Experience & Skills:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, with a demonstrated track record of closing deals.
      • Hunter Mentality: Proven success in prospecting and deal-making with a relentless drive to achieve results.
      • Partnership Experience: Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly in B2B industries or payment processing solutions.
      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:
