Job Description:
A company is looking for an Encryption Service Lead to shape its
cybersecurity strategy and manage encryption services.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy for global encryption
capabilities
Manage service delivery, optimization, and enhancements for
encryption controls
Engage with stakeholders to align encryption services with business
objectives and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related
field
8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with
expertise in encryption services
5+ years of experience in technology strategy and roadmap planning
in an enterprise environment
Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and NIST
800-171
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, or GCIH
preferred
