Job Description:
A company is looking for a Usage Investigation Specialist L2 to
resolve advanced IAAS UI escalations and enhance team
workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve advanced IAAS UI escalations and assist in team workflow
optimization
Review and establish best practices for knowledge-based article
creation
Act as a point of escalation for technical and high conflict
scenarios
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of 3-4 vendors, including Azure Cost Manager and AWS
Understanding of arrears-based billing models
2-3 related certifications preferred
