Job Description:
I am currently seeking a Talent Assessment & Analytics
Consultant to work for Excellent company, that offers a great
benefits package. This individual would provide consultation for
senior leaders in the organization as a member of the Assessment &
Analytics team in Human Resources (HR). Advises, designs,
implements and monitors effectiveness of talent solutions to
predict individual and organizational performance. Develops
workforce analytics, designs surveys, and conducts research that
enables the company and its managers to make better talent
decisions. Consults with and provides expertise to HR partners,
Centers of Expertise (COE) and Business Leaders to enable more
effective hiring and internal talent decisions.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
?Design and implement increasingly advanced tools that strengthen
the culture of assessment and analytics in the organization [e.g.,
forecasting and attrition models, selection tools and programs,
etc.].
?Ensure alignment of surveys to ongoing processes and the timely
communication of results with stakeholders.
?Design models and studies that provide the organization with
increasingly advanced analysis [e.g., including hiring, attrition,
workforce risk analysis, and performance effectiveness
measures].
?Actively engage in benchmarking, apply best practices, perform
research and statistical analysis to understand business outcomes,
and provide consultation on their application [e.g., dashboards,
competency models, etc.].
?Consult with HR partners on current processes to identify
improvements, manage large, complex projects related to the
implementation of those solutions, develop analytics to monitor
progress, and define additional needs.
?Develop and deliver communication, training and documentation in
areas of focus. Tailor communication for executive audiences to
explain their business impact.
?Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by
manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
?PhD from an accredited institution in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology (I/O), Organizational Behavior/Development, Quantitative
Methods, Business Administration/Management or related field of
study
?Experience successfully designing and implementing research
studies in large, complex organizations
?Experience modeling attrition and explaining workforce risks to a
variety of stakeholders
?Experience integrating large data sets from a variety of sources
using SQL / Oracle
?Experience communicating highly technical and complex information
to senior audiences in a concise, logical manner that links it to
business outcomes
?Professional/Senior Professional in HR (PHR/SPHR)
?Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
?Possess Lean / Six Sigma certification
