Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Analyst (Attorney) to perform
complex work related to healthcare appeals and regulatory
interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
Review case files and write clear, concise, and impartial
decisions
Provide guidance and support to internal teams in developing
written decisions
Conduct research on federal regulations and policies to support
decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of experience in Medicare appeals or healthcare regulatory
interpretation/application
Associate's degree or 60 credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree
in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience,
or a Paralegal Certificate with three years of experience, or a
licensed attorney with one year of relevant experience
Experience in healthcare compliance is preferred
Legal writing experience is preferred
