Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager for
Life Science Research Solution Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer project implementations for SaaS
solutions
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while
ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams and conduct quality assurance
testing for implemented solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of customer-facing Project Management experience
in software product implementation
3 years of experience using Agile methodologies in a software
product company
2+ years of Clinical Research experience, including Study Design
and Protocols
Experience with project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA and
Confluence
