Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Representative for a
national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze daily denial management correspondence to resolve
issues
Review and resolve medical billing claims assigned via work
lists
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external
customers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations or medical
accounts receivable
Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOB)
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCPS coding
Proficiency in Epic (preferred)
